If there's a service where your items will have to be shipped, it will discussed through consultation, text, or email, where I will take your address or P.O. Box, Box, name, and other information needed. You will receive updates on expected shipping. You will be sent electronic or paper receipts for ordered products in your package.
Bundles have your oufit and shoot budget included in the price, if you wish to increase your budget you can choose it as an add-on. You will receive a one time code that waives the fee of your makeup booking, you can book on your birthday or anytime expiring a month after your birthday. Booking is based on availability Be sure to book atleast 3 weeks before birthday. Bday bundles are available nationwide. Ruby and Diamond tiers will require travel on location or remote coordination for an additional fee.
For most services, in the booking process, the date that you are initially choosing is the date of your consultation, there will be a question asking your timeline when booking. In the booking process, if asked for information then make sure you provide it and we'll go in depth through consultation. Once we've gone through consultation and you've sent over your remaining balance and signed agreement, the process is started and is non refundable. You can choose to do the consultation through text, video call, or any other communication. Each service has their own consultation preference, online video call and multiple meetings is required for most of these services. Through the process I'll send over small messages and updates regarding the project and there will be some services that require multiple meetings and consultations.
Most services include add ons, it's imperative that you add those during your booking process to ensure a smooth process. Also be aware that add ons will alter the turnaround, process, and price of a standard booking. Final price with add ons will be determined at the end of consultation. Add-ons include expedited services, extra pieces, and more.
Turnaround time varies depending on the service, most styling services and shopping bundles on average will take about 2-3 weeks (sourcing, ordering, and shipping out) from the day of consultation, where it’s then shipped out. Try booking at least a month ahead of time for important events or campaigns. Expedited services are available for an additional fee, just let me know during your consultation if you’re working with a tighter deadline. If, for any reason, I need to extend the timeline, I’ll notify you at least one week in advance of your original expected date.
Deposit & fees ::
Service prices are listed in the description, the price you pay during booking is your deposit . deposit is required at the time of booking, after consultation or appointment the remaining balcnce is due. For any bookings that are not makeup, a final price will be discussed during consultation with a signed agreement.For creative direction and shoot/event styling there is a flat rate and rate per hour rate for shoot. Hourly fees will be charged upon whatever time is discussed during consultation. If in the occasion I'm asked to go over shoot time and I agree there is an understanding that an invoice of the spilled overtime will be sent.
To avoid cancellation of your project, be sure to send in your payment and signed agreement at least 24 hours after consultation.
Travel fees may apply for on-location bookings and will be discussed during consultation. Located in Atlanta, Georgia. Makeup bookings are in South Fulton.
